DUI, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Years

The Holidays are here.  And, each year our law firm notes a rise in DUI arrests.  Please, Don’t Drink and Drive, make sure to have a Designated Driver, or just stay home.   And, if you stay home and consume alcohol to the point of intoxication, you are advised to not go sit in your car parked in your driveway or in the street, because a police officer who observes someone appearing passed out or in distress in a parked car, could question you.   If you appear to be inebriated and are behind the wheel, you could be cited for DUI, even though you had not been driving, as the Officer may decide that you had been driving your vehicle!

Morgese Law Firm in Woodstock, Georgia, wants you to have a safe and joyous Holiday Season.  However, if you need to consult with an attorney, our Firm does offer a no-cost initial consultation.

And, watch out for all my furry friends on the roadways.

Merry Christmas,  Happy Hanukkah, and, Happy New Year to y’all!
